From its big, grippy handles to its strategically-placed expansion panel, this is an unapologetic game machine. "Take me or leave me," SHIELD seems to say, "but you won't be able to ignore me." While the SHIELD has possibly more distinct external parts than any other Android device, there's very little give to the build - this hunk of plastic is so tight that I couldn't get a pry bar in at any point except the hinge. Taking it apart would require removing no less than seven screws on the bottom panel (five of which are well-hidden behind plastic covers) and no small amount of patience and specialized tools.혻혻 |
