Do you know the address? http://ampland.fun/ amp land I spent a week in the Dordogne recently with my family-in-law, where I spent most of my time cooking with the figs we picked from the tree, and the boletus mushrooms we found growing in the nearby wood – as well as visiting the local French markets. One of the things I experimented with was panade: I tried it with aubergine, courgette and tomato, but decided that this classic chard version with the addition of anchovies was certainly the best. It sounds almost too simple but is one of the best autumn lunches I can think of.
