I work for a publishers http://xnxxx.in.net/ www.xnxx NHS Pensions tells me that if the person who had been paying into the pension stopped making contributions on or after April 1 2008 the scheme doesn't require the survivor to declare if they remarry. I still think, given the runaround there has been over this, it would still – if only for peace of mind – be wise to check each individual's circumstances.
